I was having a sit down after work last week, enjoying a lovely cuppa tea and a shortbread biscuit and I was quite in the mood to bake so I thought I'd try my hand at making my own shortbread biscuits and they were actually pretty good so I thought I'd share the recipe. - 55g/2oz caster sugar, plus extra to finish
- 180g/6oz plain flour
